Group Training is an excellent option for anyone with a competitive spirit or anyone who enjoys group activities to make fitness fun!
Small Group Training consists of 2-4 people and is a cost effective option that balances individual attention with camaraderie.
Large Group Training can be scheduled for groups of 5 or more people. This is a great option for organizations and clubs, neighborhoods and communities, as well as businesses! Large group training can be scheduled as individual events or as a special Forum Camp convening (contact to discuss Camp pricing).
