Sometimes, getting started all on your own can feel overwhelming. 

While our group training is a little more cost effective, the real value is the opportunity to train with a partner (or two) to help keep you committed to your goals! Get ready for that special event together. Hold each each other accountable. Enjoy some friendly competition on your journey together!

Video Feedback

Already crushing things but hitting a wall?

No problem! Send us a video of you performing your exercise and a description of the challenges you’re facing. We’ll respond with detailed feedback on form adjustment, a personalized video demo, and recommended training adjustments for your program going forward.

Yes! Use the contact button above or visit us on Facebook to schedule a free consult! We’ll discuss your goals but we’ll also talk about your life. Even though some people ma have similar goals, a busy mom has a different body and lifestyle than an athlete coming back from an injury. You’ll get an approach that’s made just for you.

For personal training and Camp, sessions are 60 minutes long. Some places offer 30 minutes, so why do we do 60? If you add in a warm-up, cool down, and transition time, how much of that 30 minutes do you really get? We don’t like to rush people out the door and like to have some buffer for questions that you’ll have – especially in the beginning.

Our custom training plans, however, are built to your preferred workout length. 

Training is totally customized to your goals AND your lifestyle! Our tailored strength training program will be different for each person whether they’ve never touched a barbell or are an aspiring powerlifter. We also offer programs to get lean or to get mobile. 

Programs: Completed 1-on-1 or with a small group (ie. a friend, family members, etc.). These are tailored just for you (or your group) anywhere from 4-8 weeks and includes 24/7 email/text access for the duration of the program. Programs may include in-person sessions or provide a workout plan for completion on your own time.

Camps: Run periodically for periods of 4-8 weeks. They include unlimited access to classes and an amazing group of people to share the experience with! Camps provide a less customized, more affordable and social approach.

1-on-1 and small group training can also be purchased without a program.

All kinds! Forum athletes have included: Teens, elderly, military, moms, businessmen, and both active and sedentary adults.

Here’s the answer you don’t like to hear – it depends. Your consistency is the most important factor. On average, if someone commits to “doing everything right” they can typically start to see some changes in about 3-4 weeks.

Yup! The Fitness Forum does not make any claim to being able to treat or cure any illness. This can only be done through a certified nutritionist. 

We can however, make recommendations to healthy individuals on calorie and macronutrient intake.

The most important thing to point out is that supplements do just that – they supplement! They don’t replace nutritious food or undo a sedentary lifestyle. There are some great products out there that can help you maximize your hard work. Reach out with specific questions – we’re happy to help!

Glad you asked! Military life presents some unique challenges. Whether you are TAD, on deployment, or just experiencing long days, we can still make being healthy and fit achievable. 

Servicemembers get special pricing on custom training programs. You pick the duration (ie. deployment, TAD, etc), provide a list of the equipment you’ll have access to, and we’ll do the rest! You’ll also get a weekly check-in (available via email for those deployed) to address concerns you have and make any tweaks necessary to your programming.
